Eliminate the factory restrictive intercooler pipe on your 6.4L to ensure your twin turbos are getting the maximum amount of airflow possible.
This passenger-side tube upgrade represents the next generation of diesel performance products by removing restriction that hinders flow. In recent testing this tube upgrade out-flowed the stock tube by 15%. This cold side intercooler tube is mandrel-bent with smooth bend radii for increased air-flow over the factory intercooler tube. This performance tube also provides two 1/8" NPT ports for user accessories and is finished off with a unique aFe power plate for an aggressive stylish look. Included with this performance intercooler tube are premium stainless steel T-bolt clamps and high-temp silicone couplings for strength and a perfect fit.

Perfect Fit:
This intercooler tube lines up directly to factory mounting locations and comes complete with silicone couplings, hoses and premium stainless steel T-bolt clamps used to securely mount the tube. Fits aFe's and OE intercooler.

Flow and Performance:
The intercooler tube is constructed of 3" mandrel bent powder-coated stainless steel tubing for maximum flow. Smooth transition bends decrease turbulence, increasing horsepower, torque and reduced EGT’s.

aFe Badging:
A unique stainless steel laser-cut aFe power logo plate is welded-on for an aggressive style.

1/8" NPT Ports:
Two 1/8" NPT ports are provided for user accessories.
