FR3 Friction Reducer® is a 100% synthetic engine additive that enhances the host oil's wear reduction and lubricating properties. Hot Shot's Secret® FR3® contants three patented synthetic lubricants that have unique lubricating properties even compared to PAO or mPAO synthetics of the same viscosity. The anti-wear component of the formula is a patented carbon nano particle that fills in microscopic irregularities on the machined surface to provide a smoother surface for the lubricating film to form. The synergy of these components extend the base oil performance in shear stability, oxidation stability, film strength & especially friction reduction.An exclusive carbon nano lubricant, fills in microscopic irregularities in the metal surfaces.
FR3®is recommended for all diesel and gas engines, works with synthetic or conventional oils. Add it to a hydraulic system, power steering, engine oil or differentials. Use FR3 Friction Reducer® oil in autos, farm and heavy-duty equipment, pickup truck and semi-truck engines. FR3 Friction Reducer® works for any oil-lubricated system. Although FR3 is an industrial product, small two-cycle engines can benefit from it as well. Mix FR3® with fuel after adding it to your two-cycle oil. Use approximately 1.5 OZ (45 mL) per quart (.95 L) of oil. Add FR3 FRICTION REDUCER® during a fresh oil change and leave in during entire oil change interval. Use in the next two oil changes after STICTION ELIMINATOR®. Product will displace an equal amount of oil, do not overfill. Safe to add to engine oil, power steering, hydraulic system, and differentials.
